This Plano/Irving, TX based Co-op will run from January, 2020 – July, 2020.  Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

  • You will engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • You will receive mentor support for your professional development
  • You will present a final presentation to your team, peers, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
  • You will network and learn about other functions at Keurig Dr Pepper through a Lunch & Learn series
  • You will have the opportunity to volunteer in the community

As a Quality Co-op, you will do:

  • Lead projects in areas of cold beverage manufacturing with emphasis on quality performance metrics such as reducing consumer complaints, identifying risks of quality errors and developing improvements to address and mitigate/eliminate those risks and reduce the overall cost of quality.
  • Provide support to assigned locations on an ad hoc basis as directed by your mentor to further enable your learning of the KDP processes
  • Travel when necessary to assigned manufactruing locations to further enable your learning and/or ability to achieve the assigned objectives
  • Work to develop tools, SOP's, etc. to support identified improvements in manufacturing
  • Schedule meetings as requested and/or as needed to achieve your assigned objectives
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


What you must have:

  • Must be an undergraduate junior or senior currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in engineering (any discipline), Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or other science disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritze requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
