Job Description



As a Project Manager in the KDP T&W team, you will lead Strategic projects with a focus our manufacturing roadmap, ongoing optimization of inventory, and packaging line layout. You will be responsible for leading assigned projects from concept to implementation.  You will work with our external vendors and internal business functions to lead to successful outcomes for Keurig Dr. Pepper and our customers. 

What you will do:

  • Oversee strategic projects to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives across the Supply Chain with a specific focus on logistics including transportation, warehousing & DSD operations.
  • Communicate and/or coordinate with senior leaders, external customers and other internal stakeholder on all stages of a project from concept to final implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and environmental health and safety standards and communicate with Senior Leaders regarding the status of specific projects.
  • Proactively ensure synchronization of work and manage dependencies across teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, identify roadblocks and recommend resolutions.
  • Determine objectives and best approach for projects including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of activities.
  • Influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of the Supply Chain team.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures


Requirements

What you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant project management, manufacturing or logistics experience - Project management professional certification highly preferred
  • Experience with Manufacturing in a CPG environment and experience working with Senior Leaders on strategic level programs required
  • Experience working across multiple geographic and/or functional area teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Program and Project Management principles
  • Demonstrated management of high risk projects and excellent influence/communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fluid environment
  • Must be able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
