Program Manager I – Quality, Environmental Health & Safety

As a Project Manager in the Quality and Environmental Health and Safety team, you will lead Strategic projects with a focus on Quality and EHS readiness. You will be responsible for leading the Quality and EHS aspects of assigned projects from concept to implementation. You will work with our external customers and internal business functions to lead to successful outcomes for Keurig Dr. Pepper and our customers.

What you will do:

  • Drive exciting Quality and Environmental Health and Safety programs that set the standard for Quality and Environmental Health & Safety across programs and site teams
  • Ensure project readiness to meet Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Determine objectives and best approach for projects including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of activities.
  • Communicate and/or coordinate with senior leaders, external customers and other internal stakeholders on all stages of a project from concept to final implementation.
  • Proactively ensure synchronization of work and manage dependencies across teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, identify roadblocks and recommend resolutions.
  • Influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of the Supply Chain team.
  • Follow all Keurig Green Mountain policies and procedures


What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years experience in an engineering, quality, and/or EHS role with experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Project management professional certification highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across various levels of leadership and ability to partner with all levels of operations
  • Experience working across multiple geographic and/or functional area teams
  • Demonstrated management of high-risk projects
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
