IoT Engineering Manager -  Keurig Brewers utilize advanced technology to deliver the Perfect Cup, in every cup. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and systems-oriented environment, the IoT Engineering Manager will be involved throughout the Keurig Connected Brewer System product lifecycle from R&D to Production Deployment.   Activities will include leading the teams that design, development and operate the Keurig Connected cloud technology stack.   The IoT Engineering Manager will work closely with a diverse global team to ensure a consistent, maintainable, scalable and robust software system, as well as directly with other engineering organizations, Program Management, Finance and Human Resources.

As a member of the Keurig Connected Business Unit, you will:

  • Coach team members and grow their technical and leadership experience
  • Provide leadership in the development of the next generation IoT and Analytics platform
  • Collaborate with product management and other partners to ensure the team is delivering on time and on budget
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and rapid delivery


Requirements

Qualifications and Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of managing development teams
  • Experience developing/managing public cloud application development
  • One or more public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Direct experience managing onshore and offshore joint development teams as well as development by external system integration vendors
  • Experience hiring and managing a rapidly growing team covering a wide array of technologies and responsibilities
  • Full software development lifecycle best practices (coding standards, source control, build & test automation)
  • Scrum , SAFe Agile project management methodologies
  • Assess the scope of the work, prioritize, deliver on high priority items and push back on low priority items

Additional Desired Experience

  • Experience managing DevOps/SecOps practices
  • One or more programming languages/environments: C,C++,Java,C#,.NET
  • Big Data or Machine learning experience
  • Embedded development/management experience
  • Integrating with legacy Enterprise IT platforms
  • Voice assistant development
  • Mobile application development & sustaining (iOS, Android, Xamarin)
