Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy. Invoices customers, handles follow-up questions from customers and resolves any discrepancies for our facility.


Schedule/Shift: This is a 1st Shift position, start time will be at 6am  until finish, Monday through Friday. Will require the flexibility to support other shifts and weekends if needed based on business needs.

Compensation: The rate of pay for this position is $17 per hour plus a competitive benefits package.

Additional Details: This position will require driving a Company vehicle between Warehouses in the Jacksonville Area occasionally to transport multiple products/supplies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders.
  • Track all incoming and out going shipments of goods transferred between Vendors, businesses and customers.
  • Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for Operations.


  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 2 years experience in inventory control   
  • 2 years of forklift operation experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • SAP or similar Warehouse Management System experience preferred
