Job Description

Forklift Operator Replenish

Responsible for utilizing power equipment to pick orders for the production line to process.  Follow specific safety regulations to prevent accidents. Inspect the forklift regularly for any repair or maintenance needs. Ensure product is picked accurately and delivered in a timely manner as instructed. Promptly report issues to supervisor.  

Shift & Schedule:

This position is working on our 2nd shift, Monday-Friday from 3:00pm -11:30pm.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Count and verify that all data is accurate prior to entering data into DCLink.
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Pick orders for National Accounts as per customer requirements.
  • Stack, wrap & stock all product types as required.
  • Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures governing quality of work and safety requirements
  • Cross train and work in other departments as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.


  • Attention to detail
  • DCLink and JDEdwards programs experience preferred 
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Forklift certification & experience required.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to read, understand and speak a sufficient amount of English so as to understand rules, instructions and safety concerns.
  • Must be able to perform physical work in an environment with marked changes in temperature, humidity & exposure to dust.
  • Must have the capability (with or without glasses or contacts) of reading a size 10 font or larger.
  • Must have the capacity to hear (with or without aids) adequately so as to be aware of equipment approaching, alarms, and verbal warnings as well as hear and understand rules and instruction.
  • Must be capable of repetitively lifting/carrying 35+ pounds throughout the shift.
