                             Product Manager –

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you’ll be a key business resource and help chart the roadmap for our website and mobile enhancements. As a liaison between the business and technical teams, you’ll collaborate well to understand needs, articulate requirements, and bring new functionality to life. You’ll often research and vet new solutions and vendors, perform business-case analyses, and deliver clear and compelling presentations to non-technical business partners. You’ll participate in early-stage projects like multichannel integration, strategic project execution and mobile marketing campaigns. You will roll up your sleeves to understand the integration that supports the website andweb content management systems, and be closely involved in supporting code releases including communicating changes to the release with cross-functional business teams.

Successful candidates will understand the business goals, be an effective product roadmap co-creator, clear communicator of roadmap delivery, and will be experienced in SAP Hybris or other ecommerce platforms and CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore.

The individual chosen to fill this position will demonstrate excellent business acumen, technical background, applied marketing savvy, consumer focus, data-driven decision making and superb communication skills. A passionate early-adopter, this individual will also be pragmatic, taking a businesslike, results-oriented “now-next-future” approach to Keurig Dr Pepper’s digital priorities.

What you will do:

•Requirements development: With IT, Consumer Care and business stakeholders, conduct thorough, efficient and effective workshops to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specs.

•Collaborate with business analysts, UAT teams to ensure requirements are delivered fully and bug-free.

•Roadmap creation: Translate high-level business objectives into achievable plans. Measure and analyze trade-offs of different features to maximize value for both tech teams and customers.

•Maintain clear communication of the product road-map with the business and technical teams.

•Rely on regular consumer feedback to validate product roadmap, features and functions priorities.

•Thought leadership: Identify opportunities and innovations and bring them forward to ecommerce Director and broader team.

•Effectively present to groups large and small, from specialists to senior executives.

•Portfolio and product lifecycle management: Employ continuous improvement discipline to move features, functions, and tools from consideration, to launch, to enhancement.

•Vendor management: Serve as point-person to select technology vendors and agencies. Effectively manage NDAs, RFP processes, contract reviews with Legal, purchase orders, invoices, etc.

•Build strong cross functional partnerships within and the enterprise. Influence and leverage other teams across the organization to achieve business objectives.

•Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.


What you must have:

•Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, MS or other advanced degree a plus.

•Minimum of 5 years of Digital/Software Product Management, Online Marketing, ecommerce, or other relevant experience.

•Experience in SAP Hybris or other ecommerce platforms; Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS. Experience with agile development methodology.

•Familiarity with web analytics, testing and targeting, and utilities such as IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics), Tealium, Monetate, Brightcove, PowerReviews or Bazaarvoice, Akamai.

•Data-driven decision-making skills and a willingness to make test-and-learn hypotheses.

•Ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal cross-functional and agency partners.

•Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.

•Record of delivering best-of-breed web experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile web. Mobile app experience is a plus.
