Job Description

Direct and oversee all operations; direct a sales force in expanding market penetration of our beverages; ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising; manage a staff; develop budgets; and meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth.

Essential Functions:

  • Achieve sales targets and goals monthly.
  • Responsible for maintaining expenses within budgeted levels.
  • Develop and monitor staffing levels for branch operations.
  • Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for route to market.
  • Develop and maintain working/business relationships with all major chain customers.
  • Develop, train and maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.
  • Maintain company assets (trucks, equipment, etc.) in safe operating conditions.
  • Maintain professional business relationships with all levels of management.
  • Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.

  • Per case margin Volume – Rate – Mix
  • Volume/Case Sales
  • Revenue targets
  • OI targets
  • Employee Engagement Scores
  • Safety AFR

Key Relationships: Region Area Director, Human Resources, Administration, Warehouse, Distribution, Recruiting, Retailer Leadership, Peer Network


  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Beverage or food industry experience
  • 3-5 years of Operations and Sales experience
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate analytical & problem solving skills
  • Management experience with strong team building & leadership skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues
  • Ability to write and interpret documents such as marketing and business plans
