Job Description

The Branch Manager will direct and oversee all operations; direct a sales force in expanding market penetration of our beverages; ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising; manage a staff; develop budgets; and meet financial and company objectives for profitability and growth.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
  • Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
  • Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
  • Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery. Standards include account frequency, display diagrams, equipment sets, and account service levels, including merchandising standards.
  • Develop and grow working/business relationships with all major chain customers.
  • Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.
  • Ensure assets (trucks, equipment, etc.) are maintained in safe operating conditions according to company guidelines.
  • Set and maintain company standards for delivery truck case averages per employee.
  • Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
  • Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
  • 2 years previous management/supervisory experience
  • 1 year experience in consumer products industry
