The Account Manager, Keurig Appliance is responsible for cultivating cross-functional team relationships, evaluating and optimizing creative development and supporting content development in order to drive toward breakthrough and impactful creative assets. This person will partner with the Brand, Creative, and cross-functional teams to support the marketing initiatives of the Keurig Appliance team to bring key projects to life. This person will report into the Director, Creative. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of progressive marketing or creative agency experience and a leadership style that fuses inspiration with a passion for making a difference.


  • In-House Agency and Internal Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as key Internal Creative Agency point of contact and strategic partner for cross-functional teams and internal clients regarding Keurig Appliance needs
    • Schedule alignment sessions with key stakeholders, develop clear meeting agendas, and document the decisions and areas of follow-up required
    • Develop and maintain clear understanding of internal client business objectives, and prioritize projects against objectives
  • Creative Project Briefings and Project Management
      • Work with internal client stakeholder teams to gather information that will ensure successful project briefings by seeking input and identifying requirements
      • Provide input to Project Management and Operations partners for complex project timelines
      • Partner with external premedia agency on packaging projects, ensuring that they’re delivering print-ready packaging against internal stakeholder timelines
      • Help to identify and communicate areas of risk and potential solutions throughout project lifecycle
      • Maintain key initiatives and project status report that is shared with internal client team on a weekly basis
    • Ongoing Process Improvement
      • Collaborate with peers on ongoing definition and refinement of creative development processes across KDP Internal Agency
  • Track Performance and Measure Success
  • Set high performance standards, measure for success, and work with Creative Operations partners to establish internal agency performance tracking and reporting process.
  • Use portfolio-wide agency resource utilization tracking, identifying risks and potential areas for efficiency capture.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
  • Seven years of progressive marketing or advertising experience, either agency or client side, ideally including:
    • Creative development and content production
    • Project and budget management
    • Cross-functional and agency relationship management
  • Experience from a Fortune 500 CPG corporation a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team effectively
  • This role is based at the KDP Burlington, MA office location and requires 15-25% travel.
